We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Black Knight. If you are not satisfied with your Black Knight order, you can request a return for eligible items within 45 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Original shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
Returned items must be unused and in the original packaging. If your Black Knight items are returned in damaged condition, with missing parts, or have signs of abuse, Black Knight has the right to refuse a refund.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?
To start a return, you can contact us at info@playbk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note return shipping is not included.

Once the package is received & approved by our DC, a refund for the returned item(s) will be issued to the original payment method.
PRODUCT DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If the product is damaged in transit due to shipper neglect, please contact us immediately. To return a product damaged in transit, either refuse the package(s) or contact us at info@playbk.com.
Restocking and shipping fees where applicable.
Clearance Items are Final Sale.
Any sale refunds will be a Store Credit only.
